Rich Allen, Sales/Marketing Executive
I’m the morning host of 103.9 - WVBO,
The "Oldies" station, and do marketing for businesses. I can put
them on that station, and some of the best stations here in the
Valley. It's fun too, because I've been in the business and in the
Valley most of my life. Not only do I know what makes radio
advertising work for people, but I can take some of the best
advertising strategies I've seen over the years and adapt them to my
customer. |

Al Blau, Sales/Marketing Executive
Al has almost 30 years of radio
experience. In 1977, al started in sales at WLKE and WGGQ radio
stations in Waupun. In 1990 WLKE radio became WPKR and the base of

purchased by Cumulus. Now in addition to WPKR, WOSH, WNAM, WVBO AND
WWWX were now available to sell. Al works with clients out west such
as in Ripon, Berlin Waupun as well as accounts in Fond du Lac,

Bill Schultz,
Sales/Marketing Executive
Bill has been in the radio business
all of his life beginning at 17 years old. Starting on the air,
programming or production in Boston, Hartford, Providence, and
Manchester New Hampshire, Bill realized that he was not going to be
a radio super star like Howard Stern or Rush Limbaugh so he decided
to pursue radio sales and move to Wisconsin. 12 years later Bill
simply loves it! "I don't work for Cumulus Broadcasting, their name
is on my check, true, but I really work for my clients. Everyday is
a learning experience for me and when I can help a business grow and
reach their dreams, there is nothing better". |

Kath Stearns, Sales/Marketing Executive
As a lifelong resident of this area
except for four years of military life I believe I bring a local,
community, family aspect to each and every client. I have worked for
Cumulus before and was more than ready when the opportunity came up
to return to the family. (In fact my husband says I jumped at the
chance!) What I find most rewarding is to be able to grow both
personally and financially for my family through helping others grow
first. Having been married for over 25 years, raising three
children, two in the military and the last one in college, it was
time to find new “family” that needed someone to work with them.
Through identifying my clients’ strengths and finding new ways to
creatively dramatize them I avoid looking for the latest and
greatest, instead capitalizing on their successes combined with
years of strong customer service skills to determine how best to
meet each of their needs. My goal is to be the “Best UNPAID
Employee” that their organization has. |

Sarah Willett,
Sales/Marketing Executive
For over 16 years, Sarah Willett has
worked long, hard hours for her many clients. “When a client and I
decide to work together, I don’t take the relationship lightly, “
says Willett. “I’m there to help there business grow and pay
attention to the details to help them get there.” And Sarah knows
just how to do that. Many of her clients are intensely loyal to her
and have come to rely on Sarah for out-of-the-box business ideas, as
well as creative marketing and script ideas. Many of her clients
turn to Sarah to everything from promotional ideas to help writing
articles for their company newsletters. Sarah is a graduate of the
UW-Oshkosh Radio/TV/Film department. While at the University, she
was General Manager of the college station, WRST before settling
into a long, successful radio career right here in The Valley, which
actually started on-air as an announcer. Her connections run deep in
this area, and her knowledge of the local marketplace has helped
many of Sarah’s clients find new direction in their marketing plan.
Sarah also takes continuing learning seriously by reading and
attending seminars on the latest advertising techniques. Sarah has
received numerous awards and industry accreditations over the years
in advertising and marketing sales as one of the very best in the
business. “I couldn’t do it without the success of my clients”
states Willett. “The best reward I have is when they are happy and
watching their business rise to new levels.” |

over un-authorized use of my name (Zoom-Zoom) in their advertising.
I didn't write those commercials, but I will take good ideas and
